10/10 experience, got my earlobe pierced by Wilma, profesh & sweet

excellent, clear procedure explanation and friendly staff

Service is very good but until now still very pain🤣

Brought my daughter for ear-lobe piercing. The charge was higher compared to goldsmith stores but we went ahead anyway due to the hygiene procedures in-store.

Wilma was detailed in her explanation and gave us time for considerations on the type of earrings to go with the pierce. Gentle, steady and professional was what’s reflective of her service.

Aida helped with my old pierce - one was opened, another blocked so I decided to give the blocked one a go. However Wilma suggested that she will give it one more try to unblock it before piercing - and she did it!!!

I was beyond grateful because deep down I was more nervous than my daughter on new piercing (mine was done more than 40 years ago).

We both walked away happy with our missions accomplished. And glad we found experienced hands on a Guan Yin enlightenment day.

We had a wonderful experience at Elaira Piercing. My daughter’s ear loop was blocked, and thankfully the lovely staff member was able to help us.

She was incredibly professional, patient and gentle throughout the entire process. She constantly checked on my daughter to make sure she was comfortable and did everything she could to keep her calm and unafraid.
