Lovely lovely experience with Wilma! Pierced my ears for the 2nd time in my life, previously I did it back home in Singapore as a child and it was done so bad that I had to go to the ER.

I have always wanted to pierce again for years now but never found anywhere I could truly trust. When I stumbled upon Elaira, and then coming to the consultation with Wilma, instantly i felt at ease cause she was so professional, super chill too which helps my anxiety haha and very helpful and informative. She took her time with me and explained post care well. I love that it comes with a follow up in 3 months too.

I am happy to report currently just after a week and recovery is going well so far!

likely will get more future piercings from here again. very professional and gives thorough explanations about the piercing process and aftercare. i got my septum and nostril done here. staff are also friendly ⭐️

Got my helix pierced by Wilma at Elaira Pop today and had the BEST experience. Wilma was as usual very professional in executing the piercing process, always gentle and calm which makes the whole experience pleasant. She also pierced my conch back in September (in LOT 10) and it has been healing well.

Their post piercing service is also superb as they are always willing to help with any issues that arises during healing.

Elaira is the only place I trust with my piercings and jewellery. So glad they’ve open in Midvalley. Will be coming back for more piercings in the future.

It's my first time coming here and it will be my go-to place now, to get piercings! They're super friendly, and suggest jewelery accordingly. The jewelry has a great range and option.

Plus, they are also very careful and making sure that the customer knows about the risk of getting a new piercing— they did check the anatomy. I love how they are very patient throughout the process of piercing my ear professionally. Not only that, they sure respect the privacy, especially for muslimah! You have an option to get piercing in private, which is really great.

The price for most piercings are under RM200 which is quite a good price, if you want to get something new for yourself. Overall, it's a great place with great people.
